Southern Poverty Law Center Publishes Report on Nativist Law Promoter Kris Kobach

Kris Kobach of the Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR) was influential in authoring Alabama's HB56. He has written and defended in courts many anti-immigration laws from Minnesota to Pennsylvania to Nebraska. In this report, the SPLC examines the cost of such nativist laws, the history of FAIR and Mr. Kobach, and the growing anti-immigrant movement.
